This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
How to request account deletion
- Sign in to app.clubmng.com
- Go to Settings (bottom left of the sidebar)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete Account"
- An email to support@clubmng.com will open — send it to confirm your request
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email address, phone number
- Your organization and all its data — teams, coaches, events, and finances
- All player profiles and their personal data (name, date of birth, contacts, documents)
- Attendance records and match results
What is retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion due to legal obligations:
- Billing and payment records — retained for up to 7 years as required by EU accounting regulations
